Yesterday's parliament trip was really cool! You guys really should make a trip there one day if you have time. I mean, really, the chairs that we were sitting on were way comfortable, till some of my mates fell asleep (ok, maybe we shouldn't reveal that, y'all..). In truth, I didn't really regret the fact that I missed CCA Carnival yesterday, though I realized that even if I was there or not, it would make any difference, like I'm not one who can attract those J1s to join MLDDS, hah! Ok, that's mean, but bear it, y'all! Anyways, much thanks to those people who helped me put down the banner, though I was fully aware that it's my responsibility to do so, but hey, what are friends for, right?
I can't wait for these three events:
1) The ML Camp during the March holidays
2) SIMUN Conference (I loaned the laptop already! YEAY!!!)
3) The April Camp organised by 4PM
With that in mind, I shall mug hard for the papers so that I can enjoy what I am supposed to be enjoying, and not mull over homework and such. And speaking of which, there's a snowballing workload waiting to be done during the March holidays. And oh, the shopping for business suits and stuff. So much things to do, so little time. What fate...
Returning to the parliament issue, you know, the part where you have to walk through the censors for security reasons? Yeah, that thing is bloody sensitive, I'm tellin' ya. I did not carry any lethal weapon, but heck, I was feeling deadly (as usual), and when I walked past that censor, apparently, that thing went BEEEEEEEEPPPPPPP!!!! Woah, I was like, "Eh? How they know I am feeling deadly?" I didn't bother fathom the mystery behind that beep, cos I know I ain't guilty of murdering someone yesterday. :D So, there were lots of security checks. I mean, I know that Singaporeans are a kiasu bunch, but not that kiasu until we have to walk through 2 censors! Maybe they check out brains for the first, and metallic items for the next. Ahah..what funny ideas. Irks me, but amuses me sometimes. Oh wells. Be that way.
And y'know who was the Serjeant-et-Arms? It's an old man. Laugh out loud, y'all!! An old man wearing a tailcoat, carrying a mace? Picture that, pucks!
Auf Wiedersehen!
And from now on, that shall be the way I end my posts. The end.
